• Yes I’ve been aware of this notion. I think that humor is an intentional act with a purpose, the purpose would be to entertain and to make people laugh and be happy.
• Abbott and Costello’s act was an intentional act with a purpose because the misinterpretation of the names of the players in the base was supposed to be “funny”. I cannot think of any other components of comedy similar to things Martin spoke about.
